Tom Harvey, 1 month agoRecalled airbag and software update. Initially booked in but the part didn't arrive in time. When i turned up for the rescheduled appointment at 7am my booking wasn't there. There must of been an issue with their booking system. The admin booked me in anyway and it was done within an hour. Protective Paper mats on the floor and covers on the seats.

Tom Carter, 2 months agoI had issues on my first visit however, Ben (Aftersales Manager) was very understanding and was apologetic about the whole situation. He took my concerns seriously and resolved them swiftly.
